Ambient décor

Enjoy the great outdoors every time you open the door with the Topography décor. These sculpted panels take inspiration from the mountainous contours of Sweden’s Abisko National Park. Using layers of gently backlit perforated materials, the décor takes on three dimensions and bathes the cabin in calming ambient illumination.

Your EC40 can help you stay in your lane when you unintentionally drift. It can send subtle vibrations through the steering wheel and steer your SUV safely back inside the lane.

Collision avoidance

Your EC40 is designed to help detect and avoid other vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and large animals day or night. The SUV will first warn you if there’s a risk of collision. If you don’t react in time, the car can steer and brake the car

Innovative passenger protection

To help keep passengers safe and the battery intact in the event of a collision, the EC40 carries a unique safety structure. The battery is protected by a safety cage consisting of an extruded aluminium frame embedded in the middle of the car’s body structure.
