Exciting News - We Officially Opened On The 11th November 2024

After an extensive three-year quest to find the ideal location for relocating our Volvo & Kia dealerships, necessitated by space constraints and efficiency considerations, we are pleased to announce that the Kia & Volvo Leicester dealerships are now officially open and the address is 511 Melton Road, Leicester, Which is conveniently situated next to Sainsbury's.

We have kept you informed and engaged throughout the construction process, sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses, photos, videos, and crucial updates. Your enthusiasm and support mean the world to us, and we can't wait to welcome you to our new home.

The New Build Timeline

Throughout the construction process, we’ve had a time-lapse camera on-site capturing the daily progress of the build. From the first foundations being laid to the finishing touches, every stage has been recorded, giving us a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at how our new facility was built.

Build Update - 6 - 11 - 24

Exciting times! The new Kia & Volvo Leicester dealerships are opening on Monday, 11th November 2024. The final big clean is happening indoors, while outside, the groundwork team is laying the block paving and tarmac.

Our new facility is taking shape! The signage is now proudly displayed on the exterior, while interior work on the showroom is well underway. In the Parts department, racking has been installed, and outside, groundworks continue with block paving and tarmac being laid.

The build is progressing nicely, with tiling now installed in the workshop, the Electrical 1st fix in progress, and groundwork continuing outside.

With the construction of the new dealerships moving along at pace, July has been a busy month, with many milestones, including the installation of the showroom glass, tiling to workshop floors, groundworks continuing and also the installation of the venting systems.

It's been a busy month with significant progress on our project. The internal walls are now in place, shaping the interior layout beautifully, and the external cladding is being installed as we speak. These advancements bring us closer to completion, and we are excited to see our vision taking form. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to make strides towards opening our new facility.

The concrete has now been poured onto the first and ground floors. The partition walls are currently being built, and the cladding will be going on shortly.​

The shuttering is now in place, ready for the concrete to be poured. Additionally, the Valeting Bay steel framework is now in place.​

Works are continuing on the roof, and the utilities are nearly in place. Once completed, the concrete floors will be ready to pour.
